1. Passion - Successful individuals have a consuming reason and obsessive purpose for what they do. What is something that drives you to get up in the morning and not want to go to sleep. What in your life gives you meaning and purpose? You have to find something to be passionate about because passion creates action.
2. Belief - They keep a supportive belief system, an undeniable belief in their ability to achieve. What beliefs are useful for you to change?
3. A Strategy - People who succeed have a strategy for success. Every successful person has an organized way to do things that consistently get results. Do you have a strategy? Is it working? Maybe it is time to take a look at it and make some changes.
4. Values - Successful people are clear of what they want in life. Can you balance your values so they all work together rather than fighting each other?
5. Energy Level - Have you ever noticed that the most successful individuals have the most energy? It seems like they can go for days with little sleep and still perform at their summit. Find ways to change your energy level, exercise, eat correctly, mediate.
6. Bonding Power - The most successful have a colossal following. Be connected with others. You can't get to the pinnacle alone, make some connections today.
7. Communication Skills - They are able to communicate with others and themselves easily and effortlessly. How do you communicate with yourself and others?
I encourage you to write down each of these characteristics and besides each one jot down what action you can take to make a positive change in your life. Make sure you do this and you will see huge changes in your life.
