Its popularity has gone up over the years because propane is an earth-friendly fuel. Another fuel that is widelyy used is electricity.

Electric-powered vehicles have been in development since the seventies but have not gained popularity until recently. An electric-powered automobile utilizes electrical energy stored in batteries, instead of burning petrol in an engine. To run the electric car, it will require 12 or 24 batteries. An alternative fuel type that shows a great deal of promise is hydrogen. As of today, it is in the experimental stages but it shows a lot of promise. The positives of hydrogen are that it is easy to produce and it is very light. Many people believe that hydrogen will become the next important fuel for future cars.
