Not only did it repeat the mistakes they did in Season 3, but they managed to produce something even more excruciating. True Blood use to become a guilty-pleasure that had a number of bad episodes. But not it's become mostly bad symptoms with just glimpse with brilliance it once experienced.
The 4th Season Finale airs the following Sunday. And even though I call this season the worse from the series, I do have suggestions on how they'll set up Season 5 VARIOUS. Make no mistake, it's too late to salvage Time of year 4, but they can set things up to give this viewer some expect Season 5.
Here are a few things I'd plan to see in the Time of year 4 Finale:
Significant genuine deaths
In a series full of vampires, witches, werewolves, plus all, we rarely see an important character being killed down. Think about it, when's the last time a significant persona bit the dust? I'm not preaching about secondary character we don't like (I'm looking at A PERSON Tommy), I'm talking about ground-breaking deaths that can affect the series.
With the exception of the time baddies, since Season 1 we're had almost no deaths. And that's a big problem with True Blood because there are just too many figures. The main problem with Season 4 usually there were up to be able to SIX different storylines that had nothing related to each other. Six! It actually felt like i was sitting through six distinct shows, and jumping from one to another. And honestly, the quantity of of those storylines had been actually good?
I don't expect them to kill among the list of main three characters (Sookie, Monthly bill, and Eric), although it will be shocking. But any other character really should be fair-game. This show wants some significant deaths to be able to shake things up. Jason, Tara, Lafayette, Andy, Hoyt, Pam, Arlene.anyone! There are so many characters that were damaged in the series' run that they have to go.
A significant death, if done right, also can make some compelling TV. One of the sequence best moments involved a substantial death. We all recall the powerful scene that will involved Godric's demise. That's why death of any character is important.
Eliminate the witches
The season of the Witch is a flop. We can't guilt Fiona Shaw who played out Marnie, with three distinct accents at that. Situation was just bad. It had been so bad, it created me think "I guaranteed miss Maryanne from Period 2".
In last week's episode, the spirit of Marnie resolved to go into Lafayette, who abruptly has powers this season.for a number reason. (sighs). This means we'll uncover see Lafayette causing havoc from the Finale, but they must end it there. Severely, kill the witches, and let them never come back to Bon-Temps.
The Fairies - Is he / she in or out?
From the outset of the season, Sookie what food was in Fairy land. Then Eric wipes out the fairy-godmother, and then we ignore them. That's until yesterday when another fairy at random , has sex with Andy.
We already know that Sookie is part-Fairy. So if your show wants to check out that, then do the item. But they have to stop and going back and also forward on it.
Werewolves - Customers something better
Season THREE OR MORE introduced the werewolves to help True Blood. When this kind of happened, they painted themselves in a very corner. You see that they added another mythology monster, but they never really managed to do anything interesting with these people. That was especially the situation with Season 4, which saw Alcide virtually in the background the main time.
The whole wolf-pack storyline was among the list of useless storylines this period. I could have certainly not cared less about Marcus, that fathered Sam's girlfriend's infant, who also has the beef with Alcide, who wants Deb. Are you baffled yet?
I don't expect all of them to eliminate the werewolves through the show. But the least they will do is give them something better to try and do. I really liked the actual storyline in Season THREE which involved King Russell. Oh King Russell.how we not so great him.
Sookie - Pick one and go forward
There are two clips that annoyed me to be able to no end this time of year.
The first was the dream-sequences where Sookie shared with Bill and Eric make could both have her.in cargo box. The scene was ripped from fan-fiction We've no doubt some horny teen-girl wrote. And it had been useless. We already know that Sookie should really "love" both of them.so it had been pointless to actually state it. The only point belonging to the scene was to include that "OH MY THE ALMIGHTY, THREESOME! " response at a certain group of fans. Where's the subtlety Genuine Blood? Oh, you eventually left it in Season ONE.
The second scene that will annoyed me was yesterday when Eric and Bill were prepared to kill themselves to preserve Sookie. Wait.what? You include Bill, the King Vampire connected with Louisiana, and Eric, your Viking bad-ass vampire much better than Bill, and they're BOTH willing to die for this human who can't manage to pick which cake she wants to eat? Are you kidding around me? I know Sookie is definitely hot, but damn.
Mortgage loan, Sookie has to decide on. At this point, I don't care who the girl chooses. I won't be stunned if she went for just a 3rd option. But we can't stay now. It makes Sookie out to become a selfish brat, and it makes Eric and Bill resemble pussies.
And before another person says "But Adam, the lady loves them BOTH.it's cute". Could you say that if it had been a guy with a couple of girls? No, it will be wrong. There you proceed.
The returning familiar face - Make it good, please
HBO has become hyping that in the growing season finale a familiar face will be returning to wreak damage on Bon Temps.
Now when you say anything, it's been already reported it WON'T be King Russell. I recognize it's too bad. Although a possible return might be in the cards later on, it won't happen while in the finale according to stories.
So who does of which leave? They could proceed two routes: Bring back someone through the dead somehow, which There's no doubt that would be lame. The particular show needs people to help DIE, not to possibly be resurrected.
The second route would be to bring someone we already know just that has disappeared. When i think of something who's disappeared that can shake things up, there's one name that concerns mind. Rev. Steve Newlin.
